This service starts six months to one year before the wedding.


Provide the client a Full Package Detailing Form to better assess clients budget, preferences, priorities and requirements.

Provide a Wedding Timeline Report.

Help in conceptualization of theme/motif  with the couples.
Ocular Inspection of Ceremony and Reception Venue.
Coordinate and confirm with chosen suppliers in reviewing details of the wedding plans
Safe keep and monitor all contracts with vendors.

Scouting, pre-screening, appointment setting and contacting suppliers for the wedding

On-the-day (OTD) Coordination:

Our On the Day Coordination (OTD) is suitable for couples who would like to be relieved of the hassles and stress during their special day. Recommended for couples who finalized their suppliers already and they want to ensure that all their wedding plans are in order on their special day.

Pre-event:
 First pre-production meeting will be assessment of last minute details and photo-copied contracts must be handed-over.
 Check confirmation of bookings and status regarding wedding suppliers
 Program planning for the reception
 Creation of your wedding timeline
 Finalize all OTD details


Event Proper
Arrive 5 hours before the ceremony at the prep place / Bridal Suite

Assist the bride and groom and their entourage

Handle confirmation and coordination of all vendors participation in the event, including monitoring and arrival of suppliers

Check items needed for the wedding ceremony  (Pillow, coins, cord, veil, matches, candles, rings)

Check venue setup

Handle registration and receiving of guests,directing to their designated seats

Assist entourage and the newlyweds for the grand entrance

Take charge for the collection of gifts,giving souvenirs to guest upon the instruction of the newly wed

  

Terms and Conditions:

All payments should made in cash. A non refundable downpayment of Php 4,00.00 (for Full Coordination to block the date).

The remaining balance is due one week before the event.

Rates are applicable to Metro Manila Events with maximum of 200 guests.
Extra cost apply for every 100 additional guests.

Maximum of 4 coordinators will be staffed for up to 200 guests only. Additional coordinators will be staffed should the number of guests exceeds 200.

Out of town rates apply outside Metro Manila.
